New Rules: Assault Cannon Full Auto

This will hopefully be the first of many new rules for Space Hulk 3rd ed. Eventually we’ll compile all the new rules into a handy PDF document ready to print off and use!
Most will be previous rules from earlier editions updated to fit in the new edition.

The first is from the Deathwing Expansion pack for 1st edition.

Assault Cannon – Full Auto
An Assault Cannon can be set to fire on full auto, releasing a deadly hail of fire in one continuous burst. It costs 2ap to fire on full auto and it uses 5 shots on the ammunition counter, meaning you need at least 5 shots to be able to fire on Full Auto.
When using this firing method, roll three dice for each damageable target (Stealer, Marine or Door) within the marines Line of Sight (LOS) and arc of fire; if any of the dice score 4 or more, the target is destroyed (Broodlords still follow the “Hard To Kill” rule as normal).
If LOS to a target is blocked by another model or door, but the blocking object is destroyed by the assault cannon, then the newly revealed target can be affected by this attack, and so on until a blocking object survives.
The assault cannon malfunctions as normal after a reload has happened.

Games Day Baltimore 2010

Ron from FTW posted a picture of the giant Space Hulk board they had at this years GD.
Hopefully they run something as equally spectacular at UK GD.

If anyone else has photo’s of the SH board upload them to our Forum!

Space Hulk: 1 Year

It’s almost been a year since Space Hulk was released (September 5th).

Tanks & Trolls Space Hulk Gallery

Recently I sold some Space Hulk terminators I’d converted to Bulldog, he’s a master hobbyist, one of those people you pretend to hate but also bow down to.

He decided to paint up the Terminators he received as Imperial Fists, here are a few of them. The only changes he made was adding some Forge World shoulder pads.

He’s also made squads in Blood Angel and Space Wolves colours, take a look on his website
